NewShiksha’s directory does not take payments, sell subscriptions, ship goods or collect card or bank details. There is no purchase or delivery to cancel on this homepage.
Paid features in Test Series or another destination
A linked application may offer paid products. Before paying, review that application’s seller identity, total price, applicable taxes, access period, delivery or activation arrangements, cancellation rules and refund policy. This homepage does not create a refund window or override the terms of a separate purchase.
Payment problems
For a charge, failed activation or refund request, contact the seller shown on the purchase receipt. You may also email newshiksha@iitmandi.ac.in for help identifying the correct service. Include a non-sensitive order reference and a short description. Never send card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or OTPs. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
